Join us to save endless amounts of time, energy and money by hitting your habits hard over a three-month span with focus, intention and FUN.

Together we’ll test out how to make your specific habits easy for you, troubleshooting any issues you’re having along the way, while also creating meaningful and hilarious connections with other women. 😂

What You Get in Habits Hype Club+

  • 🔥 Three (3) Months of Support to Build up to Two (2) Habits BETTER

    • As James Clear said in “Atomic Habits”, “a habit must first be established before it can be improved."

    • The Hype Club pilot last spring showed us that establishing three (3) solid habits in three (3) months is a little much. Most members had great success with two (2) habits while the third habit lagged a bit.

    • With this knowledge, the improved framework for Hype Club+ will support up to two (2) habits in order to truly accelerate your progress.

    • This three-month session will begin on September 19, 2023 and end on December 19, 2023.

  • 🤩 Hype Group Sessions with NEW Content Focuses NEW & FUN

    • Where the magic happens! ✨

    • Four (4) 90-minute intimate group sessions (IRL or via Zoom depending on which club you select) with a maximum of eight (8) like-minded women

      • Tell us where you're stuck with your habits and leave knowing what to work on to improve them (everyone gets personalized support, feedback and suggestions)

      • Group and breakout discussions on specific content for each session (see Session Schedules below for content breakdown)

    • BONUS IRL weekend event in October for anyone who would like to attend in Ardmore, PA (details below)

  • 📣 Private Facebook Group NEW

    • Like a group chat for your Hype Club+ friends to share celebrations and offer encouragement, habit ideas and inspiration on how to get un-stuck

    • You don't have to wait until the next session to update us on your habit progress - post it in the group and GET SOME HYPE

  • 📝 Individualized Habit Tracking + Support BETTER

    • We know habits need tracked data in order to measure progress and improve.

    • A quick and easy check-in form will be sent to you each week so your progress can be monitored (and CELEBRATED) in Hype Club’s master habit tracker.

    • We won’t let you forget what you’re working on - or how far you’ve come.

  • 👯‍♀️ Hype Buddy (optional) STILL GREAT

    • Any interested member can be paired up with a hype buddy in the club to whom she can text or talk to keep the momentum and support going.

    • Easy hype buddy guidelines/structure available for any buddies who would like some.

    • Hype Club+ is something unique: a place to feel loved, inspired and encouraged as your true self. No need to pretend to be anyone else here.
