Habits Hype Club is a rare species: it’s a book club, support group and hype circle where (up to) eight women will gather in a safe and fun space to help one another make tiny changes that transform their lives.

It’s where self-exploration meets inspired action and change with the brilliant guidance of “Atomic Habits”, the bestselling book by James Clear.


Anyone can read this book. But we get to do it together.

We’ll test out how to make your specific habits easy for you, troubleshooting any issues you’re having along the way.

Save endless amounts of time, energy and money by hitting your habits hard over a three-month span with focus and intention.


There’s no hierarchy of habits here.

    • Habits are nothing without data to track them.

    • In addition to your own habit tracking, Hype Club’s master habit tracker will see where you started and how you’re progressing that we’ll update each week. We won’t let you forget what you’re working on - or how far you’ve come.

  • 🤩 Hype Group Sessions

    • Where the magic happens! ✨

    • Six (6) 90-minute small-group sessions (IRL or via Zoom depending on which club you select) with a maximum of eight (8) like-minded women also committed to improving their habits, led by Regina Colantonio, natural hype woman and facilitator of groups of women.

      • Sessions will include full group discussions (guided and organic) and small breakouts.

      • Every member will have time to discuss any challenges she’s experiencing. We’ll troubleshoot where you may be getting stuck or tripped up. You’ll receive personalized feedback, suggestions and tips that you can implement immediately after.

      • Each session will end with action items you’ll carry out before we meet again. Don’t worry, we’ll be sure to follow up on your actions in the next session.

    • Something about gathering an intimate group of people together who have a shared purpose and unique perspectives really makes sparks fly. It will be hard to fall asleep after our sessions, no doubt.

  • 👯‍♀️ Hype Buddy (optional)

    • Want someone you can check in with in between sessions? Any interested member can be paired up with a hype buddy in the club to whom she can text or talk on our off weeks to keep the momentum and support going.

    • Easy hype buddy guidelines to be provided. No stalking.

  • 🤫 Trust & Confidentiality

    • Confidentiality is the #1 value in Hype Club. You are placing your trust in the members; that trust is met with a pledge that all members will hold anything you share in Hype Club in the strictest of confidence.

    • Every member will sign a confidentiality pledge prior to the start of Hype Club. This commitment to confidentiality will be reiterated at the start of every session.

  • 🥰 Warm + Fun Vibes

    • Hype Club is a place to feel loved, inspired and encouraged as your true self. No need to pretend to be anyone else here.

    • In addition to agreeing to hold all members’ personal information in the strictest of confidence, every member will also commit herself to be (1) kind and supportive to herself and others and (2) fully present during each session. Even if BeReal pops off during Hype Club, we must resist posting.
